Refund Policy
Except as provided by law, all sales and transactions are final. Payments are nonrefundable and earned on receipt. Buyers must not make unjustified requests for a refund regarding any Buyer/Seller Transaction or a tip to a Seller. If a Buyer is unhappy with a Buyer/Seller Transaction, the Buyer should inform the applicable Seller. If there is a technical error on the Website, OnlyFeet will work with the Buyer to resolve it.
OnlyFeet may approve a refund in the form of a credit on request if exceptional circumstances exist. If you believe exceptional circumstances exist for a refund, please contact OnlyFeet at [email protected] and explain the circumstances you believe merits a refund. OnlyFeet is not making any promise that it will give you a refund. If OnlyFeet issues a refund in its sole discretion, it will credit the payment method you used for that payment. OnlyFeet will not make refunds in the form of cash, check, or free services. The provision of a refund in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in the future for similar instances, nor does it require OnlyFeet to issue refunds in the future under any circumstance.
If OnlyFeet considers that any request for a refund was made by you in bad faith, OnlyFeet may suspend or terminate your account or any future account you create.
