Question 7

Why Do I Have To Pay?

Accepted Answer

When OnlyFeet first launched, it was free for all Sellers. However, we quickly realized the demand for selling feet pictures was much larger than anticipated. We had thousands of new users signing up to sell feet content every day. While we also had tons of Buyers signing up and purchasing content, the Seller demand still was far greater than the Buyers. Rather than limit who can and can't use our platform, we're now charging Sellers a monthly subscription of $9.99. This allows us to ensure all Sellers using our platform are serious about selling feet content. Rather than pocketing the money from subscriptions, we'll be spending the money in two ways that benefit you as a Seller. The first benefit is it allows us to create a much larger marketing budget to target potential Buyers on the Internet. This saves you time and energy as we'll do a good part of the marketing for you. For the best results, we also encourage you to promote your account throughout social media. The second benefit is we will continuously develop new features and improve old ones to ensure a better and safer experience on OnlyFeet. These new updates will lead to a much higher chance of sales and make your and Buyer's experience better. We feel this cost is more than reasonable and will lead to tons of new buyers, more sales, and unlimited site improvements and new features. Thanks!

Question 8

Do I Need To Pay To Message Buyers?

Question 9

How to Unsubscribe?

Accepted Answer

To unsubscribe, go to Account > Earnings. Then click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the page. Can't sign in or don't remember your email? Use the cancel subscription page: enter your email or the last 4 digits of your card and we'll send you a secure cancellation link.

Question 10

How Do I Delete My Account?

To delete your account, you have to unsubscribe first. Then go to Account > Security and click the delete button at the bottom of the page.

Question 11

My card is not working

Accepted Answer

Card payments are sometimes declined by the bank, especially for online or international purchases. Check that online payments are enabled in your banking app, or try another card. Depending on your country, other payment methods (such as crypto or bank payment) may also be offered at checkout. If you don't have a card, you can create a free virtual card with an app like Revolut.

Question 12

Payment Failed / No Access

Accepted Answer

If your payment was declined, no money was taken. Your bank may briefly show a pending authorization, which disappears on its own within a few days. If you were actually charged but still don't have access, contact our support with the email address of your account and the date of the payment, and we will fix it quickly.

Question 18

Why Am I Not Making Sales Yet?

Accepted Answer

Buyers choose sellers with complete, active profiles. Add several good photos, a short bio and the categories that match your content, and give your albums detailed titles and descriptions. Upload new content regularly, reply to messages quickly and share your profile link on your social media. A Pro subscription also places your profile at the top of the homepage and in buyers' recommendations.

Question 19

How Do I Get Offers From Buyers?

Accepted Answer

Buyers can search Seller's profiles by their username or filter Sellers by their age, race, gender, categories, and more. Buyers can also search for phrases and/or keywords to match descriptions of content. The best way to attract buyers is to post your profile link to your social media and make sure your album descriptions and titles are as detailed as possible.

Question 20

Why Did I Get Lots Of Messages When I First Started?

Accepted Answer

We automatically boost new seller profiles for the first few days after creation. This gives you increased visibility across the platform and helps you connect with potential buyers right away. After this initial boost period, your visibility will adjust to normal levels based on your activity and subscription type.

Question 21

How Are Recommended Buyers Selected?

Accepted Answer

The recommended buyers we show you are based on your profile and buyers' interests.

Question 22

Do I Have To Show My Face When Selling Content?

Accepted Answer

No! All Sellers must be ID verified but this is only to ensure they are real and the content they sell is theirs. Once verified, Sellers can post photos and/or videos of their feet only to remain anonymous. Typically, Sellers who post their full body and face have a better chance of making sales.

Question 23

Is My Content Blurred When I Upload It?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All content is automatically blurred when it is uploaded to our website. Buyers can only see the unblurred content once they have made a successful purchase. Sellers have the option to upload a non-blurred preview which is why some photos are not blurred.

Question 24

Is There A Limit To Content Size Or Length I Can Upload?

Accepted Answer

Users can upload unlimited photos and videos up to 1GB or 10 minutes. Content over this size or length will not be able to be uploaded to the website.

Question 26

How Do You Verify Users Identity/Age?

Accepted Answer

All Sellers must be ID verified before they can upload content, message Buyers, or edit their profile. Buyers simply need to link a card on file. Sellers must submit a photo of a government issued ID and a selfie with that ID and be approved before they can access their account. We do this to ensure there are no underage or fake accounts. Your information will always be secure and we will never sell or show it to other companies, we only use this for verification and payout purposes.

Question 27
